Sociology: Hooahbear military culture

Hooahbears structure their society as a military hierarchy. Coronel on a stool No one is sure if this was a natural outgrowth of tribal origin or whether they  like to march around on parade grounds and stand at attention for long periods of time.  They do seem to have a governing body which appears to be headed by someone they call “The Colonel”.  It was unclear how a Colonel came to be in this particular position until Dr. Ullible managed to secretly observe a group of Hooahbears choosing their Colonel.  The deciding factors seems to be the Hooahbear who can shout the loudest on the parade ground, give a good “harumph” and is naturally bossy.  Dr. Ullible managed to obtain a picture of the latest Colonel at Mount Hooah.
